This is the official registration form for vendors, artists, charities, and fan tables for BABSCon 2020. Please fill out the form below to the best of your knowledge, making sure to fill in every box. Once you are finished, click APPLY and your application will be processed and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
This application will be available until the 1st of November, 2019, after which applications will close and a decision regarding your application will be sent shortly after.
BABSCon 2020 will take place April 10-12th, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency SFO in Burlingame, CA. For more information about BABSCon in general, please visit our website at http://www.babscon.com/.

Vendor and artist tables are for vendors and artists selling products or artwork. Charity and fan tables are for organizations not selling products, such as charities and conventions. We can accommodate around 70 vendor and artist tables, and 7 charity and fan tables.
Vendor and artist tables cost $175 each and include two 3-day passes for one person. Passes for additional helpers will cost $40 each. Any staffer who has already registered for BABSCon 2020 will have the cost of their registration deducted from the cost of the table. Charity and fan tables are free.

Please provide a link to a professional web site, deviantArt gallery, or online store with enough content for us to judge the quality of your work. If you do not have a portfolio or online store, please upload some photos of your work somewhere publicly accessible such as Tumblr, Flickr, Facebook, etc. and link to that. For fan tables, just provide a link to your organization's web site. Please provide a working link; a dead link will not get you a table.

If possible, we’d like to see examples of previous vendor tables you’ve done. Please provide a link to a gallery or other photo(s) somewhere publicly accessible such as Tumblr, Flickr, Facebook, etc. and link to that. Some applicants make this part of their portfolio - in this case, you may use the same URL as above.

Table Placement Requests
We will try our best to fulfill every request for table placement, but we cannot guarantee you will get the placement you want. Furthermore, are there any vendors you wish to be near, or NOT to be near?
Please list any large items you may have at your table, such as clothing racks, display racks, life-size plushies, etc. This will help us plan our space better.

Adult Material Policy
Vendors may not sell or exhibit sexually explicit material or material intended for a mature audience anywhere within the BABSCon vendor hall at any time. If you are witnessed exhibiting these types of materials or vending them anywhere within the BABSCon vendor hall, you risk forfeiting your badge and vending table registration without refund, in addition to removal from consideration for vending in future years.
18+ Vendor Hall
To be clear, BABSCon currently does not have plans to run an 18+ vendor hall. However, if this was something that was offered by BABSCon, would you be interested in having a table in such a hall? If yes, you will be added to a list to be contacted later if something like this is created. Once again, to be clear, our stance on 18+ material has not changed, nor have our policies, but we would like to know if this is something that would be of interest. Once again, we make zero promises of anything like this ever being available, this is simply to get an idea of what the interest would be.
Please provide us with the names and contact information of the people who should receive badges, INCLUDING YOURSELF. We ask for date of birth only to verify age. If you have to add additional staffers in the future, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add them.
If a staffer has already registered as an attendee, please enter the same information they used during registration and check the Already Registered box. Their registration fee will be deducted from the price of your table.
